Nuvali roads

Nuvali, which sounds like a "New Valley", is Ayala Land's latest project to build a new satellite city south of Manila, twice the area of Makati City and seven times that of Bonifacio Global City.

Located in the old sugar estates of the Yulo family in Canlubang, the project covers over 1,600 hectares and has a timetable that will span the next 40 to 50 years. Nuvali roads

Easily accessible from the now-expanding South Luzon Expressway, Nuvali is approximately 40 kilometers or 50 minutes from Makati. It lies in the heart of the fast-growing Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay corridor, with schools and business parks such as the Laguna Technopark, St. Scholastica College, De La Salle University, University of Sto. Tomas, Xavier University, Don Bosco, the South Luzon Medical Center, Paseo de Sta. Rosa Commercial Center, Rustan's and others. Nearby are the Sta. Elena, South Forbes and Canlubang Golf and Country Clubs, the "hot springs" of Los Banos, and the fine dining restaurants of cool mountain resort Tagaytay City.

Nuvali's master plan includes residential communities, school, retail and business districts, nature parks and an integrated 8-hectare manmade lake complete with progressive water taxis and buses. ABRIO, the next forbes park

We are now pleased to offer Abrio, the maiden project of Ayala Land Premier in Nuvali.  Situated at the edge of the future Business District of the South, this heart-shaped residential neighborhood is strategically located near the business campuses, retail centers, and lake of Nuvali. 

The area to be opened for Abrio is 70 hectares, comprising 379 lots in total.  Phase 1, with 113 lots, was launched on Sept. 29, 2007, while Phases 2-3 will follow in a few months. Launch price was P9,270 to P10,382 per square meter (plus VAT).

We are also pleased to offer Treveia, a residential project in the center of the Nuvali township under Alveo Land (formerly Community Innovations, Inc.). Located 5 minutes away from the Abrio project and 4 kilometers from the Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay spine road, Treveia is AyalaLand's offering to young urban achievers and upgraders who want the modern conveniences of the city, minus the pollution and congestion.

Espousing healthy, eco-friendly, family and community-nurturing urban life, Treveia will be divided into 10 sub-neighborhoods, with 4 clusters themed to go hand-in hand with the natural elements of earth, wind, water, and wood.

There are 1,052 lots for sale in the 60-hectare project, with an average lot size of 305 sq.m. Turnover will be on December 2009. Launch price was P9,500 per square meter. Reservation fee is P50,000, and indicative payment scheme for Treveia is 20% down payment, 80% payable in 24 months at zero percent interest.

An initial area with 309 lots from Phases 1a, 1b, 1c was launched on October 19, 2007.

Commercial lots also available

Commercial lots at Nuvali are available at an indicative size of 2,000 square meters per lot, with option to combine lots depending on the need of the locator. These are open for retail areas near the lake, as well as offices and BPO centers in the surrounding business district. As of September 2007, Xavier School has committed to locating at Nuvali, adjacent to the Treveia site. Indicative launch price for commercial lots was P28,000 per square meter.
